The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to send the item/s after receiving your cleared payment. A payment considered “ cleared” after the money from buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. If the buyer pays by Paypal, the payment may clear immediately.
This does not include the number of business days the postage service will take to deliver the item to you.
Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays.
Currently we are unable to ship outside Australia. However, we may be able to provide a quote based on your location.
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email from the Seller containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please call us or email us at www.bellissimocharters.com.au
Please allow 24 hours for your parcel to register the consignment tracking number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, preferably by phone/Text. As we ship several times a week, we may not be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch. If this is the case, unfortunately we will need to charge you the cost of delivery, and the cost to have the parcel returned to us.
All orders require a signature upon home delivery. If there’s no one at home to sign for the parcel, or a ‘to the door’ service is not available in your area, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your order.
Once your parcel has been signed for you will be responsible for any damage to or loss of your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping Delays and Return to Sender
Please allow sufficient time for your order to be delivered to your address. Should your order not be with you after 14 business days in total from date of payment, we may be able to investigate for you.
If your order was unable to be delivered after one attempt and it was because the address details may have been incorrect from the buyer, a re-delivery charge will apply.
Please fill and check the address details carefully before submit your order.
Product order returns due to incomplete or incorrect address details will also occur additional charges.
As a customer, you are then entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Seller. If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
All orders are double checked, inspected prior to packaging, to minimise errors as much as possible.
We understand that circumstances do change and offer a return policy to suit.
Incorrect/Damaged Items on Arrival
Any imperfections to order received must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please follow these instructions :
Prior to opening, please take photos immediately of damaged box
Please take photos of damaged item/s showing the fault
We will replace item/s that are damaged in transit by carrier. Please contact us and we will arrange the return and replacement. Before we replace an item it will be returned first then inspected then replaced if it fits all of the above info.

It is buyer’s responsibility to ensure that parcel is dispatched within 7 business days – parcel tracking must show the parcel is scanned by logistic carrier within 7 business days. Parcel tracking and insurance is strongly recommended. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us.
It may take 3-7 days after we receive the item/s to process your refund. Once we have, we’ll email you to let you know that we have processed your refund. If we haven’t let you know, we haven’t received or processed your return yet.
